A quick update on how things are going....

 

We haven't been posting much on our blogs for a while now. I have a video which is still downloading onto my laptop which I plan to upload tomorrow which gives more of an explanation as to why we haven't been posting as much. Our main project that we have been focusing on the most has been of course our main film. (An intro to a horror film)

This has been a very enjoyable task. We stuck to our filming timetable which I uploaded earlier in march and Tash and I have now fully completed our filming, we are just still working on the editing of it, which we are using premier pro to do. Premier pro is a software that is still relatively new to us so it is taking longer than expected.

On top of editing and working on our film, we are now trying to complete our four critical questions. The four critical questions being...

1.      How does your product use or challenge conventions and how does it represent social groups or issues?

2.       How did your production skills develop throughout this project?

3.       How does your product engage with audiences and how would it be distributed as a real media text?

4.      How did you integrate technologies – software, hardware and online – in this project?

I am working my way through those and will proceed to begin to upload those later on next week.
