Location shoot 1- First shot

 This is the room in my house which I have picked out to film the first shot of my documentary. This shot consists of me sat on the sofa watching strictly or any show which consists of a type of performing art. Then the camera will move round to me and I will begin introduce the documentary.

I chose this room as it is cozy and it has everything I need such as a Tv to create the type of image I want. My idea is partly talking about my personal life as well as being an informative doc. So as it is my personal home I think it works quite well to give off a homely type of vibe. It is a comfy place to film with lots of room for the equipment that will be involved and has an overall plain background so the mis en scene won’t  take over what I will be talking about.

Other shots of me directly talking to the camera will also be filmed in this room, it makes things more personal.
